We all have our strong points and yes it is easy to let our ego’s want to focus on those areas! But what really makes us stronger is putting your body under stress and performing awkward movements that we are not use to and find difficult! The rewards and your progression will always be far greater!
This time last week I was absolutely raring to get on stage the next day! Still feeling very pleased with the conditioning I brought! Now after a week off it’s time for off season to begin! Lift heavy, training hard and eat shit loads of food! LETS BE HAVING YA!! 💪🏼
What an amazing weekend and journey this year! I placed 3rd in the UK Super heavy weight category in @ukbff Finals 🏆. Firstly and most importantly a massive Thank you to all my close friends and family for all the support year after year! Really does mean a lot! Of course I will continue to strive to be at the top of my sport! Every year I am learning more and more and will continue to improve until I have reached the very top! Another Big year ahead and this weekend will only fuel me to keep going with an even more positive mind set! 👊🏼💯💪🏼
This time last year! Was completely depleted, zero carbs and still getting that 220kg bench up. Think this was my last of 5 sets 3-5 reps. 5 days to go till @ukbff_official Finals! Can’t wait to step on that stage!
